ARTS CLUB
The art club has also conducted many events and activities, with the serious task of continuing the tradition of perpetuating the artistic vibe and spirit throughout the campus.
Ensuing forth is the annual report of the art club, which draws a vivid picture of the last year’s activities and events.
Under the guidance of the teachers in charge[ Asst. Professor Miss NUNGSANGMONGLA OZUKUM, Asst. Professor Miss AVANI, and Assistant Librarian Sir KELHOUVITO KENSE], the club has conducted a handful of events and activities till now.
ADVENTURE CLUB
To facilitate students with field trips that provide recreational and cultural learning outside the four walls of the classroom, teaching and learning It encourages the students to develop their ability to go through different situations and circumstances and increase self-awareness by inculcating in them the spirit of adventure and challenge while offering the opportunity to learn new skills, stimulate creativity, and have a transformative effect on their overall development.

The club also promotes interaction with the urban and rural populations to understand society. Thus, the club indirectly helps the students grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
LITERATURE CLUB
The literature club is a platform that seeks to promote a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking among the students. The club will bring diverse thinkers together in a common setting where each student will get opportunities to express their ideas and opinions, thus resulting in mutual learning. The students will essentially read, appreciate, and critically analyze different types of literature, which will subsequently enhance their literary skills. The club is also a forum where students will share their insights on politics, philosophy, spirituality, philanthropy, etc. The activities carried out by the club members will help develop oratory skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, writing skills, logical thinking, personality, and creativity.
OBJECTIVES
i. To develop self-efficacy and confidence in students.
ii. To enhance the knowledge base of students.
iii. To inculcate love for reading and writing and to allow opportunities for students to carry out independent research.
iv. To give students opportunities to develop their logical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving aptitude.
v. To develop oratory skills, communication skills, writing skills, and personality.
vi. To develop organization skills and persuasive skills.
vii. Observe library week.
viii. Encourage students to publish articles in newspapers, journals, etc.
ix. Form book clubs.
x. Publish college literary magazines where students can write articles, poems, stories, quotes, etc.
xi. Organize an author meet-and-greet event.

ACTIVITIES
On July 11 and 18, 2022, the Literature Club conducted “Folktale Narration”, where the students narrated folktales of their own tribes.
On July 25, 2022, a Book Club event was conducted by the Literature Club, where a comprehensive discussion was held on the book “The Son of the Thundercloud” by Easterine Kire.
On August 1, 2022, there was a debate for the Literature Club students on the topic “Social media brings more harm than good”.
On August 8, 2022, a debate on “Advancement in Technology is Creating Unemployment” was conducted.
On August 29, 2022, a “Quiz Competition” was held by the Literature Club. The topic for the quiz competition was structured around the GK of Nagaland.
On October 13–15, 2022, the Literature Club organized “Literary Week”, All the students of the college participated in different competitions such as poetry writing, extempore speeches, spelling bees, debates, etc.
On January 23, 2022, the Literature Club conducted “Black Out Poetry”, where students were given new paper cuttings and made to select certain words from the text and create a poem.
On February 13, 2022, the Literature Club, in collaboration with the Art Club, visited Chumpo Museum and Bamboo Resources Centre.
On February 20th–24th, 2022, the Literature Club conducted Library Week, where various activities like Blind Date with a Book, book mark-making competitions, book reviews, etc. were conducted.
On March 27, 2022, the Literature Club conducted the “My Village” activity, where the students narrated about their native villages with the help of pictures.
On April 3, 2022, the Literature Club conducted ‘’Pronounce It Right” event where the students were made to pronounce some frequently mispronounced words.
