The Department of History, on 6th April 2024, organized a special lecture on the crucial topic of “Voters Awareness: Youth and Decision Making” with Ms. Duvolu Rhakho HoD, Political Science Department, C-Edge College as the resource person. The lecture aimed to shed light on the role of young voters in shaping the democratic process and making informed decisions.
The lecture explored various aspects of voter awareness, including the importance of understanding political issues, critical thinking and evaluating candidates platforms.
The lecture concluded with a call to action, urging attendees to actively participate in the democratic process, educate themselves on political issues and exercise the right to vote responsibly.
