On the 13th of December 2023, Norman Putsure College hosted a skill class on Salad Dressing & Salsa Making, conducted by Chef Joel Basumatari. The event was attended by both students and faculty members eager to enhance their culinary skills.
Chef Joel Basumatari led an engaging and informative session, demonstrating various techniques and recipes for creating flavourful salad dressings and salsas. His expertise and passion for cooking were evident as he shared tips on ingredient selection, flavour combinations, and presentation.
