The Speech Competition and IT Awareness Workshop was held on 7th July 2026, Tuesday at 1:10 PM in the Norman Putsure College Auditorium.Organized by United Computer Institute, Quickserv. The program was based on the theme “Empowering Students through Communication Skills and Information Technology. The event began with a welcome address and invocation, followed by a speech competition on “The Importance of Computer Certification in Government and Private Jobs.
Judges for the competition were Ms Avani Ngullie and Ms Marilyn Yeptho.The program also included a quiz, and presentations by Quickserv and UCI officials.
Winners of the Speech Competition:
1st Place: Miss Bonbon
2nd Place: Miss Kiviboli Achumi
3rd Place: Miss RuyiluPrizes .
The program concluded with a vote of thanks and benediction.
The event was informative and successfully aimed at developing students’ communication skills and IT awareness.
