On 2 September 2026, the Art Club students, accompanied by two teachers, embarked on an inspiring exposure visit to ARTCON 2026. This three-day event was organized by Vinci Studio, the second-year students of Wandering Minds College of Fine Arts. The visit was arranged to encourage and instill a deeper love and passion for art among the students, while enabling them to gain practical awareness about artistic expressions that extend far beyond classroom learning.
ARTCON served as a vibrant celebration of art and creativity, designed to highlight the imagination, skill, and individuality of young artists. During the visit, the students explored a diverse collection of creative works, including detailed sketches, digital illustrations, chibi art, custom cards, charms, ceramic items, and calligraphy displays. The event provided an interactive space where the students could observe various artistic mediums firsthand and see classroom theories applied in dynamic ways.
Throughout their time at the studio, the students immersed themselves in a wide array of fine arts and crafts. They witnessed diverse styles ranging from charcoal, oil, acrylic, still life, and abstract paintings to intricate crochet work, clay art, handmade postcards, and pottery making. By engaging with these different artistic techniques and observing the creative efforts of fine arts college students, the members of the Art Club gained valuable insights and creative inspiration, making the exposure visit an immensely rich and memorable learning experience.
