The Adventure Club of Norman Putsure College in collaboration with e-Circle organized an awareness programme on e-waste management on 21st Oct, 2022 at the College.
Ms. Sowete-u K Letro (Managing Partner) and Ms. Bendangwala Walling (Managing Partner) from e-Circle Dimapur were invited to sensitize the students on the importance of managing and disposing e-waste. They also highlighted on the negative effects e-waste can have on the environment and our health if not managed properly. They further encouraged the students to spread this awareness to their friends/family and contribute their share by collecting e-waste from their homes and dropping them off at various e-waste collection points in Dimapur.
