Norman Putsure College (NPC) aims to be an inspiration for generations to come by helping them work towards a brighter future. The college will focus not only on the educational aspect but also on each student’s abilities and talents to face the world. NPC will be a Christian environment where students will learn the dignity of work and build themselves up to be independent and confident in any work setting. The education provided by our college will prepare the student to view the world from a positive and Christian point of view. This will be our highest priority.

ABOUT US

Norman Putsure College (NPC) is Late. Norman Putsure’s (IAS) vision turned into a reality. Based on the foundation of his passion to help the Naga youth discover their talent and realise their full potential, he valued education, innovation, and thinking outside the box. He also had the zeal to encourage the youth to think creatively and critically. Every student is blessed with different talents and abilities, and we believe in channeling our energy through proper guidance to help our students find careers that align with their skills and become self-reliant.
Norman Putsure’s dream and legacy live on through Norman Putsure College, which is run by his family. We are forward-looking and respect every student’s needs and talents. NPC is devoted to bridging the gap between the education system of the outside world and Nagaland, to meet every parent’s dream of seeing their children happily excel, and to greet every student’s capability with rewarding solutions.

Qualification: BSC in CompSci & BA in Business; MBA in Business Management from Pennsylvania, USA

Experience: 18+ years as a software engineer; 6+ years as a real estate developer and investor

Hobbies: Golf, food, traveling, construction, and investing

Business mission/vision: Restore 1000 homes by 2027 through home restoration.

Seyie Putsure

Co-Chairperson

Seyie Putsure is an interior designer and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, California. Since she founded boutique design firm Seyie Design in 2007, her body of work has grown internationally to include luxury residences and hospitality environments.

She was Fendi Casa’s Designer of the Month, the exclusive designer for the 54th and 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards® Official Talent Gift Lounge, and has designed for high-profile clients, including celebrities such as Winston Duke and Carly Rae Jepsen. Her work has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, Livingetc, California Home + Design, Vogue, and Homes & Gardens, among others. She has been named one of “Los Angeles’ Top 25 Home Designers” by the Los Angeles Times.

Seyie earned her bachelor’s degree from Clark University and graduated from UCLA Extension’s Professional Interior Design program.
