Art class with Sir Theja.
The Art Club session on 17th August 2024 was a resounding success, with 83 students and 6 teachers in attendance, and was led by artist Sir Theja, who commenced the session with a comprehensive theory class on “What is Art?” that sparked a lively discussion and actively engaged the students, who demonstrated keen interest and enthusiasm.
Following the theory class, Sir Theja led a practical still life painting session, where students utilised their art supplies to explore their creativity, with Sir Theja providing expert guidance and support from the teachers, resulting in impressive artwork being produced. The session was marked by active participation and engagement from students throughout, and was a successful collaboration between Sir Theja, teachers, and students.
The session achieved its objective of providing students with valuable insights into still life painting techniques, and was a productive and enriching experience that fostered creativity, skill development, and artistic appreciation among members.
