Norman Putsure College on 24/04/23 conducted a workshop on the topic “Resume Building and Personality Development”. The workshop was headed by Engineer Rishav Sethi from NIIT Dimapur, Nagaland.
He talked about how one should be confident enough towards striving one’s goal. Further, he laid stress on how a person should present himself for a particular interview which includes body language, posture and public speaking and to understand oneself and their problems on their own. He also taught the students on how a perfect resume should be made and presented in a proper manner.
Towards the end, he conducted a mock interview test on the students as to show how an individual should be prepared and be smart enough to crack the interview. The main motive behind this program was to enhance one’s ability and personality and to mould a better version of the individual.
