The Department of Education, organized a seminar on the theme, ” New Education Policy (NEP), 2020. Avino Sale from BA 2nd Semester was the host for the event. The program started with invocation by Kimugha Zhimomi from BA 2nd semester which was followed by Dr. K Timothy Hau’s talk on “New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Dr. K Timothy Hau, explained at length about how New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, is a revolutionary step to create a holistic education and equitable and lifelong learning opportunities for students by providing multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdiciplinary education through the use of technology. Dr. K. Timothy Hau also highligted on the multiple entre – exit points in the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 as well as the consequences for failing in internal and external exams and the criterias for semester progression. The event ended with benediction by Marnungla Imchen, BA 4th Semester.
